# CM.com

> Connect CM.com to Minimal AI

Connecting CM.com lets your AI agents work with conversations handled through the CM.com Communications Platform.

## What you'll need

* **Username** and **password** — your CM.com platform login.
* **API Key** and **API Secret** — credentials for your CM.com account.

## Find your CM.com credentials

    Log in to the CM.com platform, click your profile in the top-right corner and open **Channels**, then select **API Access and Settings** in the left menu.

  <Step title="Open Authentication">
    Choose **Authentication**. This page lists your **Account ID**, **Product Tokens**, and **API Keys**.

<Note>
  Depending on your subscription, some credentials are issued by your CM.com account manager. If a value isn't shown on the Authentication page, contact CM.com support.

## Connect in Minimal AI

Go to [Dashboard > Integrations](https://gominimal.ai/dashboard/integrations), click **Add an integration > CM.com**, and fill in your username, password, API Key, and API Secret.

  Product tokens and API credentials should be guarded as secrets — anyone with them can use the CM.com platform on your behalf. Only paste them into Minimal AI.
