# Omnidesk

> Connect Omnidesk to Minimal AI

Connecting Omnidesk lets your AI agents read and reply to conversations in your Omnidesk helpdesk.

## What you'll need

* **Base URL** — your Omnidesk organisation URL, for example `https://org-name.omnidesk.com`.
* **API token** — an API token from your Omnidesk account.

## Find your Omnidesk API token

    Your base URL is the address you use to open Omnidesk, in the form `https://org-name.omnidesk.com`.

    In Omnidesk, open your account settings and go to the **API** (integrations) section, then generate an API token. If you can't find it, contact your Omnidesk administrator or support.

## Connect in Minimal AI

Go to [Dashboard > Integrations](https://gominimal.ai/dashboard/integrations), click **Add an integration > Omnidesk**, and fill in your base URL and API token.
