Connecting ChannelDock lets your AI agents look up orders and stock across the channels you manage in ChannelDock.
What you’ll need
- API key and API secret — created in your ChannelDock account.
Find your ChannelDock API credentials
In ChannelDock, open your account Settings and go to the API section to generate an API key and secret. If you can’t find it, contact ChannelDock support.
Connect in Minimal AI
Go to Dashboard > Integrations, click Add an integration > ChannelDock, and fill in your API key and API secret.
Keep your API key and secret secret and only paste them into Minimal AI’s ChannelDock integration.
