Connecting Shopware gives your AI agents access to orders, products, and customer data from your Shopware 6 store.

What you’ll need

  • Shop URL — your store URL, for example https://my-shop.shopware.store.
  • Access key ID (Client ID) and Secret access key (Client secret) — from a Shopware integration.
  • Sales channel ID (optional) — only needed for specific sales-channel setups.

Create a Shopware integration

Open Integrations

In the Shopware 6 Admin, go to Settings > System > Integrations and click Add integration.

Create the integration

Give it a name (for example, Minimal AI) and the permissions the agent needs. Save. Shopware shows the Access key ID and Secret access key — copy both.

Connect in Minimal AI

Go to Dashboard > Integrations, click Add an integration > Shopware, and fill in your shop URL, Access key ID, and Secret access key. Add a Sales channel ID only if your setup requires it.
The Secret access key is shown only once. Keep it safe and only paste it into Minimal AI’s Shopware integration.
