Connecting Yotpo lets your AI agents look up reviews and loyalty data from Yotpo. Which credentials you need depends on which Yotpo products you use.

What you’ll need

If you use Yotpo Reviews:
  • App key and API secret — from your Yotpo Reviews settings.
If you use Yotpo Loyalty & Referrals:
  • GUID and API key — from your Yotpo Loyalty & Referrals settings.
Provide only the credentials for the products you use.

Find your Yotpo credentials

Reviews credentials

In Yotpo, open your Reviews store settings. The App key (store ID) and API secret (secret key) are shown in the store / API settings.

Loyalty & Referrals credentials

In the Yotpo Loyalty & Referrals admin, open the general/API settings to find your GUID and API key.

Connect in Minimal AI

Go to Dashboard > Integrations, click Add an integration > Yotpo, and fill in the credentials for the Yotpo products you use.
Keep your API secret and keys safe and only paste them into Minimal AI’s Yotpo integration.
