Connecting Firmhouse lets your AI agents look up subscriptions and customer data from Firmhouse.
What you’ll need
- Firmhouse token — a project access token from your Firmhouse project.
Find your Firmhouse token
In Firmhouse, open your project settings and go to the API / access tokens section to find your project access token. Use a token with the access level the agent needs.
Connect in Minimal AI
Go to Dashboard > Integrations, click Add an integration > Firmhouse, and paste your Firmhouse token.
Keep your token secret and only paste it into Minimal AI’s Firmhouse integration.
