Connecting Klaviyo lets your AI agents look up customer, list, and marketing data from Klaviyo.

What you’ll need

  • Private API key — a private key from your Klaviyo account (starts with pk_).

Create your Klaviyo private API key

You need an Owner, Admin, or Manager role to create API keys.

Open API keys

In Klaviyo, click your account name in the lower left, go to Settings, and open the API keys tab.

Create a private key

Under Private API Keys, click Create Private API Key, give it a name (for example, Minimal AI), and choose a scope. Read-only is enough for lookups.

Copy the key

Click Create and copy the key immediately — Klaviyo won’t show it again.

Connect in Minimal AI

Go to Dashboard > Integrations, click Add an integration > Klaviyo, and paste your private API key.
Private keys can read and write data. Keep the key secret and only paste it into Minimal AI’s Klaviyo integration.
