Connecting Returnista lets your AI agents look up returns and their status from Returnista.
What you’ll need
- API token — a Returnista API token.
- Account ID — your Returnista account ID.
Find your Returnista details
In Returnista, open your account settings and go to the API / integrations section to find your API token and account ID. If you can’t find them, contact Returnista support.
Connect in Minimal AI
Go to Dashboard > Integrations, click Add an integration > Returnista, and fill in your API token and account ID.
Keep your API token secret and only paste it into Minimal AI’s Returnista integration.
