Connecting CM.com lets your AI agents work with conversations handled through the CM.com Communications Platform.

What you’ll need

  • Username and password — your CM.com platform login.
  • API Key and API Secret — credentials for your CM.com account.

Find your CM.com credentials

Open API Access and Settings

Log in to the CM.com platform, click your profile in the top-right corner and open Channels, then select API Access and Settings in the left menu.

Open Authentication

Choose Authentication. This page lists your Account ID, Product Tokens, and API Keys.
Depending on your subscription, some credentials are issued by your CM.com account manager. If a value isn’t shown on the Authentication page, contact CM.com support.

Connect in Minimal AI

Go to Dashboard > Integrations, click Add an integration > CM.com, and fill in your username, password, API Key, and API Secret.
Product tokens and API credentials should be guarded as secrets — anyone with them can use the CM.com platform on your behalf. Only paste them into Minimal AI.
