What you’ll need

  • Base URL — your Omnidesk organisation URL, for example https://org-name.omnidesk.com.
  • API token — an API token from your Omnidesk account.

Note your base URL

Your base URL is the address you use to open Omnidesk, in the form https://org-name.omnidesk.com.

Create an API token

In Omnidesk, open your account settings and go to the API (integrations) section, then generate an API token. If you can’t find it, contact your Omnidesk administrator or support.

Connect in Minimal AI

Go to Dashboard > Integrations, click Add an integration > Omnidesk, and fill in your base URL and API token.
Keep your API token secret and only paste it into Minimal AI’s Omnidesk integration.
